Brownfield Redevelopment

EcoDigital assisted a small Midwestern city in the re-opening of a formerly abandoned locomotive refurbishing facility.  The facility which had been abandoned was environmentally impaired and was therefore difficult to redevelop.   EcoDigital performed environmental restoration work at the facility thereby facilitating redevelopment of the site and economic growth.   The facility now houses two vibrant businesses that provide more than 150 jobs to the community.
